Yes. When you renew your carbonTRACK plan early, the additional time is added to your existing subscription. For example, if you have two months left on your current subscription to carbonTRACK and you renew for one year (12 months), your subscription will run for 14 months.

To change or update your billing information, visit www.carbontrack.com.au/contact and let us know – we will help you to change your billing details.

*If the number of your connected smart (ZigBee) appliances increases during your 12 month subscription period, your subscription fee will automatically increase as per this price guide to reflect this. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

As the expiration date approaches, you will receive email notifications from carbonTRACK, alerting you to the upcoming expiration. If you choose to let your subscription expire, your carbonTRACK account will be suspended until you renew your subscription. To return to full carbonTRACK functionality, you can renew your subscription by contacting the carbonTRACK team.
